This next mix comes from one of Seattle’s leading lights - Aos. A resident to TUF and secondnature, both preeminent organizations responsible for some of the city’s best music and events, her affiliation’s a testament to the quality of her work. In the same way that Kayla Waldorf is breathing life into the community, her mix is invigorating and galvanizing to the soul. Deeply rhythmic, and perceptibly spatial - Aos exhibits what it looks like to play with real confidence and understanding, not just in the selections, but in and of herself. It’s a breathtaking ride.

You can catch Aos playing tomorrow evening for the re-launch of Orphan Radio at their new home in Equinox Studios, alongside a host of other Northwest artists. Previews are also up for her forthcoming ‘Rate of Expansion’ release, that you can stream via Juno
